All orders are shipped by the following Friday or weekend.

Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Each order includes an ice pack to help maintain freshness during transit.

Cookies may soften in warmer conditions — this is completely normal and does not affect quality.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

📬 Delivery Responsibility
Once shipped, Star & Sugar is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Damage during transit

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped fresh. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. All shipments include tracking information for your convenience.

If any issues arise during transit, including lost or damaged packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and taking photos to support your claim.
